حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ وَمُجَاهِدٍ. وَالْحَكَمُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَالشَّعْبِيِّ
فِي الرَّجُلِ تَكُونُ تَحْتَهُ الْأَمَةُ فَيَقْذِفُهَا، قَالُوا: لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا تَلَاعُنٌ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَى قَاذِفِهَا حَدٌّ
