حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَحَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
فِي الْأَمَةِ تَكُونُ تَحْتَ الْحُرِّ، فَيَقْذِفُهَا، قَالَ: لَا يُضْرَبُ الْحَدَّ وَلَا يُلَاعِنُ
