حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ:
السُّلْطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ حَارَبَ الدِّينَ وَإِنْ قَتَلَ أَخَا امْرِئٍ أَوْ أَبَاهُ
