حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ لِلرَّجُلِ: إِنَّ فِي ظَهْرِكَ حَدَّ الزِّنَى، قَالَ: إِنْ شَاءَ، قَالَ: إِنَّمَا قُلْتُ: إِنَّ فِي ظَهْرِكَ لَمَوْضِعًا ! قَالَ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ
