حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ فَرْقَدٍ السَّبَخِيِّ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ: يَا لُوطِيُّ، فَسَأَلَ الْحَسَنَ وَمُحَمَّدًا، فَقَالَا: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ، وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ: إِلَّا أَنْ يَقُولَ: إِنَّكَ تَعْمَلُ بِعَمَلِ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ
