حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
يُضْرَبُ الْقَاذِفُ وَعَلَيْهِ ثِيَابُهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ عَلَيْهِ فَرْوٌ أَوْ قَبَاءٌ مَحْشُوٌّ؛ حَتَّى يَجِدَ مَسَّ الضَّرْبِ
