حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا دَخَلَ الرَّجُلُ بِالْمَرْأَةِ ثُمَّ قَالَ: لَمْ أَجِدْهَا عَذْرَاءَ، قَالَ: يُضْرَبُ الْحَدَّ وَلَا يُلَاعِنُ، لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَقُلْ: إِنِّي رَأَيْتُكِ تَزْنِينَ
