حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ. وَعَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا:
إِذَا قَذَفَ قَوْمًا جَمِيعًا؛ جُلِدَ حَدًّا وَاحِدًا، وَإِذَا قَذَفَ شَتَّى جُلِدَ لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمْ حَدًّا
