حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ فِي رَجُلٍ سَرَقَ ثُمَّ شُهِدَ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ قَدْ سَرَقَ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ مِرَارًا، أَوِ اعْتَرَفَ مَعَ عُقُوبَتِهِ ؟ قَالَ: تُقْطَعُ يَدُهُ، وَقَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ فِي رَجُلٍ زَنَى فَشُهِدَ عَلَيْهِ أَوِ اعْتَرَفَ بِذَلِكَ، قَالَ: يُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ وَاحِدٌ
