حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
إِذَا سَرَقَ مِنْ شَتَّى، فَقُطِعَ لِبَعْضِهِمْ: لَمْ يُقْطَعْ بَعْدُ إِلَّا أَنْ يُحْدِثَ سَرِقَةً
