حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
لَا يُقْطَعُ الْعَبْدُ الْآبِقُ إِذَا سَرَقَ فِي إِبَاقِهِ
