حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
لَا تُقْطَعُ الْخَمْسُ إِلَّا فِي خَمْسٍ
