حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ:
عَقْلُ الْعَبْدِ فِي ثَمَنِهِ مِثْلُ عَقْلِ الرَّجُلِ الْحُرِّ فِي دِيَتِهِ
