حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا أُصِيبَتْ أُذُنُ الْعَبْدِ أَوْ عَيْنُهُ فَفِيهَا نِصْفُ ثَمَنِهِ، وَإِذَا أُصِيبَتْ أُذُنَاهُ أَوْ عَيْنَاهُ فَفِيهَا ثَمَنُهُ كُلُّهُ وَيَدْفَعُهُ إِلَى الَّذِي أَصَابَهُ
