حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ دَاوُدَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْعَاصِ
جَعَلَ دِيَةَ عَبْدٍ قُتِلَ خَطَأً أَرْبَعَةَ آلَافٍ، وَكَانَ ثَمَنُهُ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ، وَقَالَ: أَكْرَهُ أَنْ أَجْعَلَ دِيَتَهُ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ دِيَةِ الْحُرِّ
