حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ وَرْدَانَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي عَبْدٍ قَتَلَ حُرًّا فَأُعْطِيَ وَرَثَتَهُ أَنْ يَقْتُلُوهُ، قَالَ: إِنْ شَاؤُوا اسْتَرَقُّوهُ.
