حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ:
قَضَى أَبُو بَكْرٍ فِي صُلْبِ الرَّجُلِ إِذَا كُسِرَ ثُمَّ جُبِرَ بِالدِّيَةِ كَامِلَةً إِذَا كَانَ لَا يُحْمَلُ لَهُ، وَبِنِصْفِ الدِّيَةِ إِذَا كَانَ يُحْمَلُ لَهُ
