حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ:
فِي الرَّوْثَةِ ثُلُثُ الدِّيَةِ، وَإِنْ أُصِيبَ مِنَ الرَّوْثَةِ الْأَرْنَبَةُ أَوْ غَيْرُهَا مَا لَمْ يَبْلُغِ الْعَظْمَ فَبِحِسَابٍ
