حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ ثَوْرٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ إِلَى أَبِي مُوسَى: أَمَّا بَعْدُ، فَتَفَقَّهُوا فِي السُّنَّةِ، وَتَفَقَّهُوا فِي الْعَرَبِيَّةِ
