حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِي مِنَ الرَّجُلِ الشَّيْءَ فَيَقُولُ: إِنْ كَانَ بِنَقْدٍ فَبِكَذَا، وَإِنْ كَانَ إِلَى أَجَلٍ فَبِكَذَا ؟ قَالَا: " لَا بَأْسَ إِذَا انْصَرَفَا [١]عَلَى أَحَدِهِمَا
