حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى بَيْعًا ثُمَّ قَالَ: لَيْسَ عِنْدِي [١]هَذَا، أَشْتَرِيهِ بِالنَّسِيئَةِ، قَالَ: " إِذَا تَتَارَكَا الْبَيْعَ اشْتَرَاهُ إِنْ شَاءَ
