✧ Regarding a man who pays in advance for food and takes some of the food and some of the capital: whoever said there is no harm in it

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ سَلَّامُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي أَسْلَفْتُ رَجُلًا أَلْفَ دِرْهَمٍ فِي طَعَامٍ، فَأَخَذْتُ مِنْهُ نِصْفَ سَلَفِي طَعَامًا فَبِعْتُهُ بِأَلْفِ دِرْهَمٍ، ثُمَّ أَتَانِي فَقَالَ: خُذْ بَقِيَّةَ رَأْسِ مَالِكَ: خَمْسَمِائَةٍ ؟ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: ذَلِكَ الْمَعْرُوفُ، وَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ
