حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ جُوَيْبِرٍ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ وَابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالُوا:
مَنْ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: هِيَ عَلَيَّ حَرَامٌ، فَلَيْسَتْ عَلَيْهِ بِحَرَامٍ وَعَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ
