حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: هِيَ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامٌ، يَنْوِي الطَّلَاقَ فَأَدْنَى مَا يَكُونُ تَطْلِيقَةٌ بَائِنَةٌ
