حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ حَبِيبٍ عَنْ عَمْرٍو قَالَ:
سُئِلَ جَابِرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ لَزِمَتْهُ امْرَأَتُهُ تَسْأَلُهُ الطَّلَاقَ، فَقَالَ: اذْهَبِي فَأَنَا مِنْكِ بَرِيءٌ وَأَنْتِ مِنِّي بَرِيئَةٌ، وَلَا يَنْوِي الطَّلَاقَ حِينَئِذٍ، فَقَالَ [١]: إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ نَوَى الطَّلَاقَ فَلَيْسَ بِطَلَاقٍ، وَإِنْ كَانَ نَوَى الطَّلَاقَ فَهِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ وَلَهُ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا فِي عِدَّتِهَا
