حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ عَنِ الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنِ حَنْطَبٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ
أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ الْبَتَّةَ تَطْلِيقَةً، وَزَوْجُهَا أَمْلَكُ بِهَا
