حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِذْ ذَاكَ
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ كَتَبَ فِي رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ جَعَلَ أَمْرَ امْرَأَتِهِ بِيَدِهَا قَالَ: إِنْ رَدَّتِ الْأَمْرَ إِلَيْهِ [١]فَلَا شَيْءَ، وَإِنْ طَلَّقَتْ نَفْسَهَا فَهِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ، وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا
