حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: اخْرُجِي الْحَقِي بِأَهْلِكِ، يَنْوِي الطَّلَاقَ، قَالَا: هِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِرَجْعَتِهَا
