إِذَا عَقَلَ الصَّبِيُّ الصَّلَاةَ وَالصَّوْمَ فَطَلَاقُهُ جَائِزٌ، قَالَ وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ: لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُهُ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ
