حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا لَمْ تَحِلَّ لَهُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ، وَلَوْ قَالَهَا تَتْرَى بَانَتْ بِالْأُولَى
