حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ مَعْقِلٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ يُطَلِّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا، قَالَ: لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ
