حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْزُوقٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا الرَّجُلُ شَرَطَ لِلْمَرْأَةِ عِنْدَ عَقْدِ النِّكَاحِ أَنَّ كُلَّ امْرَأَةٍ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا عَلَيْهَا فَهِيَ طَالِقٌ، وَكُلَّ سُرِّيَّةٍ يَتَسَرَّى فَهِيَ حُرَّةٌ، جَازَ عَلَيْهِ
