حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ
فِي رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَحَنِثَ، وَقَدْ غَشِيَهَا فِي عِدَّتِهَا، وَقَدْ عَلِمَ بِذَلِكَ بَعْدَ انْقِضَاءِ الْعِدَّةِ، قَالَ: غِشْيَانُهُ لَهَا مُرَاجَعَةٌ
