حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ جَابِرٌ عَنْ حَامِلٍ [١]كَيْفَ تُطَلَّقُ ؟ فَقَالَ: يُطَلِّقُهَا وَاحِدَةً ثُمَّ يَدَعُهَا حَتَّى تَضَعَ
