حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حُجَيْرٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ:
طَلَاقُ السُّنَّةِ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ طَاهِرًا فِي غَيْرِ جِمَاعٍ ثُمَّ يَدَعَهَا حَتَّى تَنْقَضِيَ عِدَّتُهَا
