حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ قَالَ:
طَلَّقَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، فَأَتَى عُمَرُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرَهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: مُرْهُ فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا ثُمَّ لِيُطَلِّقْهَا طَاهِرًا فِي غَيْرِ جِمَاعٍ
