حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مَطَرٍ عَنْ حَيَّانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ [أَنَّهُ ] قَالَ:
إِذَا نَظَرَ إِلَى فَرْجِهَا ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا فَلَهَا الصَّدَاقُ وَعَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّةُ
