حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ عَوْنٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى قَالَ: سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ:
قَضَى الْخُلَفَاءُ [الرَّاشِدُونَ الْمَهْدِيُّونَ] [٢]أَنَّهُ مَنْ أَغْلَقَ بَابًا أَوْ أَرْخَى سِتْرًا فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الْمَهْرُ وَوَجَبَتِ الْعِدَّةُ
