حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ
سُئِلَ عَنِ الْأَمَةِ يُعْزَلُ عَنْهَا، قَالَ: نَعَمْ، وَأَمَّا الْحُرَّةُ فَيَسْتَأْمِرُهَا
