حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَارَكٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي ذُبَابٍ عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ وَيَشْتَرِطُ لَهَا دَارَهَا قَالَ: يُخْرِجُهَا إِنْ شَاءَ
