حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
مَنْ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَبِهَا بَرَصٌ أَوْ جُذَامٌ أَوْ جُنُونٌ فَدَخَلَ بِهَا فَلَهَا الصَّدَاقُ بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا وَذَلِكَ غُرْمٌ عَلَى وَلِيِّهَا
