حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حُرَيْثٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، وَعَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَحَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَا:
مَا صَنَعَ الْوَصِيُّ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ إِلَّا النِّكَاحَ
