حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
إِنَّمَا رُخِّصَ لِهَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ فِي [نِكَاحِ] [١]نِسَاءِ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلَمْ يُرَخَّصْ لَهُمْ فِي الْإِمَاءِ
