حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي رَّجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ أَمَةً بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ فَاشْتَرَى نَصِيبَ أَحَدِهِمَا قَالَ: يَكُفُّ عَنْهَا حَتَّى يَشْتَرِيَ نَصِيبَ الْآخَرِ
