حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَ:
لَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَغْشَاهَا بِمِلْكِ الْيَمِينِ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَعْتَقَهَا وَتَزَوَّجَهَا [١]، وَكَانَتْ عِنْدَهُ عَلَى وَاحِدَةٍ، وَكَانَ قَتَادَةُ يَأْخُذُ بِهِ
