حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْحُرَّةَ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ فَهُوَ لِلْمَمْلُوكَةِ طَلَاقٌ
