حَدَّثَنَا [إِسْمَاعِيلُ ] ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ
كَانَ يَكْرَهُ تَزْوِيجَ الْأَمَةِ مَا قَدَرَ عَلَى الْحُرَّةِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَخْشَى الْعَنَتَ
