✧ Regarding the man who marries off his male slave to his female slave without dowry or witnesses

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ:
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُزَوِّجُ عَبْدَهُ أَمَتَهُ بِغَيْرِ شُهُودٍ قَالَ: يُشْهِدُ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ
