حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الرَّجُلُ ابْنَهُ وَهُوَ صَغِيرٌ فَنِكَاحُهُ جَائِزٌ وَلَا طَلَاقَ لَهُ
