حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعُمَرَ وَشُرَيْحٍ قَالُوا:
تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا، وَرِضَاهَا أَنْ تَسْكُتَ
